Limited evening and weekend work may be required.Salary Range: $95,000 to $125,000The Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing oversees all aspects of the school's admissions and marketing programs. The Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing provides leadership in attracting and yielding mission-appropriate students, collaborates with the Head of the School, and sits on the Leadership Team and on the Tuition Assistance Committee. This position also works closely with parent volunteers, the Communications Manager, the Finance Office, and the Data Systems Manager to ensure smooth operations throughout the school year. A chief storyteller, the Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing will implement a new brand strategy co-created with Mission Minded in the 2023-2024 school year.Primary ResponsibilitiesEnrollment Management

Be a dynamic, articulate, and visible spokesperson of MP&MS' mission for applicant families and the wider Marin communityEngage with prospective families and offer a high-touch experience for them throughout the admissions processCollaborate with administrators, teachers, and staff members to ensure that open house events, admissions social gatherings, parent tours, and student visits are compelling experiences for applicant families and studentsManage parent volunteers who serve as admissions docentsOversee all aspects of the Ravenna admission databaseKeep accurate records of all enrollment activityWork with the Finance Office and Data Systems Manager on Tuition ManagementDetermine tuition assistance allocations with Head of School and Chief Finance and Operating OfficerPresent clear data for monthly Finance Committee and Board meetings

Marketing

Use the Mission Minded brand strategy to develop a marketing planTrain key school personnel and parent volunteers on the adoption of the Mission Minded brand strategyWork closely with the Communications Manager to create a calendar that ensures consistent and timely messaging about the schoolGather and analyze data to understand MP&MS' place in Marin and the wider Bay AreaUse print and social media to enhance MP&MS' brandOversee annual printed publications
