Join us today and become part of a growing team designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning products.ResponsibilitiesRole and ResponsibilitiesLead a team to deliver production-grade machine learning solutions with notable business impact from end to end.Design, develop, and deploy scalable, low-latency machine learning products.Communicate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and create effective roadmaps.Closely work with machine learning platforms and serving teams to deploy and streamline machine learning pipelines.Optimize and scale up existing machine-learning products.Closely work with the MLOps team to ensure product health.Closely work with external partners to introduce new machine-learning features and tools.Research the latest machine learning technologies and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.Create quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new features.Design and implement next-generation machine learning models with advanced technologies
RequirementsSkills and QualificationsMaster’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or related fields5+ years of industry experience with a Master’s degree or 3+ years of industry experience with a PhD degreeThe ideal candidate should possess a robust and extensive theoretical foundation in machine learning and data mining.Rich hands-on experience with production-grade machine-learning solutionsProficiency in mainstream ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark ML)Experience with mainstream big data tools (e.g., MapReduce, Spark, Flink, Kafka)Extensive programming experience in Python, Go, or other OOP languagesFamiliarity with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principlesProficiency in SQL and databasesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional partnerships
Preferred Experience RequirementsPublications in top relevant venues (e.g., TPAMI, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, KDD, WWW, AAAI, IJCAI, etc.)Basic knowledge about Amazon Web Services (AWS)Experience with the advertising industry and real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystem
CALIFORNIA ONLYCompensation for this role is expected to be between $270,000 and $290,000.
