We are looking for a storyteller to join our team. LaunchSquad is working in a flexible, hybrid environment. We are open to remote work candidates for this opportunity.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.LaunchSquad’s content studio is looking for a talented writer and editor to help our team develop and produce custom content programs for emerging and established brands.The ideal candidate will have work experience as a writer and editor with the ability to toggle between long-form articles and short blog posts, snappy social copy and traditional content marketing formats. They should also have impeccable relationship management skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments to deadline independently and a knack for anticipating what’s next.Our clients are in a variety of b2b and deep tech industries. We’re looking for someone who is familiar and interested in b2b and tech-focused storytelling. Someone that can be successful in this role has the ability to translate complex subjects into understandable concepts and language. They should have a mix of experience in both media and branded content writing, news articles, technical blogs, newsletters, white papers, e-books, social media posts, podcast scripts, presentations, and other strategic content across multiple mediums.Requirements

3+ years of editorial production experience at an agency, publication or brandUnassailable writing and editing skillsAbility to grow and manage an external network of writers, experts and contributors within niche markets/subject mattersRelationship management or customer service experienceExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment working on multiple concurrent assignmentsPassion for storytelling, writing and editingA strong writing portfolio across a diversity of mediumsSalary & Benefits
