The successful candidate will possess track record of leading digital marketing transformation in a fast-paced, high growth environment across matrixed teams. You will have a strong customer focus and command of how to navigate and execute the digital marketing strategy and will understand how to create value for both distributors and end customers. You will have a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and working closely with cross-functional teams to push through barriers and drive right and fast solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, plan, communicate and implement the overall digital marketing strategyPartner with IT and business stakeholders to build and sustain industry best of breed digital tools, engagement, and platforms for the businessDesign comprehensive plans and accountability to deliver content across channels and to varied personas inside and outside HoneywellActively partner with commercial teams on lead follow up and workflow in SFDCCollaborate & partner with Customer Experience to drive an integrated digital experience across all customer touch pointsDrive lead generation activities through SEO, content optimization and lead nurturingCollaborate with executive leadership, functional leaders and functional transformation experts to generate campaign concepts and design creative assets.Create plans to support implementation of marketing communications using multiple channels and tacticsStay up to date with the latest technology and best practicesEstablish standard operating procedures to ensure business continuityLead the MOS and governance to ensure adherence to standard work, design and UXOversee all the company's social media accountsEnsure site and experience analytics to drive continuous improvement for performance, customer engagement and demand generationMeasure and manage online contentTrack SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysisResearch competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvementEnsure training, change management and user adoption for digital tools and processes Organize and lead digital marketing teamDevelop talent and ensure strong succession plansPrepare and manage digital marketing budgetYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's DegreeA minimum 10 years related working experienceA minimum 5 years of digital marketing leadership experience in corporate environments with a proven record of developing high impact solutions across the digital landscapeExperience leading global and matrixed teams with successful outcomesWE VALUEExperience with leading digital marketing and commerce technology stacks (including but not limited to Adobe, SFDC, Marketo, SAPIn depth understanding of best-in-class Marketing/ IT processes and operating modelsFluency in emerging digital practicesAbility to lead through the design/build of business processes and customer facing systems and experiencesSignificant experience advising on best practices and innovative approaches, quickly deriving clear priorities from leadership discussions, planning, and deliveringSignificant experience managing stakeholders under tight timelines across multiple projectsHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
