Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.This role leads a team of designers to shape the look and feel of Giant Eagle’s digital properties.Key Competencies:Experience Required: 5 to 10 years UX & Product Design ideally in a retail/ecommerce industryExperience Desired: 5+ years of experience in UX/Digital product design with a strong understanding of the craft of design;Experience Required: 2+ years people management experienceEducation Required: Bachelors DegreeKey Responsibilities:Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverablesGuide a team of designers to project deliverables such as low and high-fidelity UI prototypes, and finished designs.Provide direct guidance and mentorship to UX Team membersCollaborate with stakeholders across program teams to support and provide input into the specific translation of high-level strategic imperativesSynthesize research, build insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations that enable our teams to generate and iterate on new solutions
