Our dedicated team is committed to making a positive impact and thrives on solving complex challenges.Role OverviewVMS BioMarketing is currently looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Partnerships, Business Development (Remote) to lead revenue growth and market expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships with pharmaceutical clients and establishing collaborations with new brands. Your ability to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of our solutions will be pivotal in driving adoption of VMS services.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to expand current client relationships and identify growth opportunities with new brands.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the life sciences industry, highlighting the benefits of our offerings on their business objectives.- Provide strategic insights and innovative solutions through comprehensive analysis of client challenges and industry trends.- Engage in consultative sales approaches, overseeing the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals.- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Executive, Client Solutions, Business Development, and Marketing.Required Skills and Qualifications- 10-15+ years of experience in business development and client services roles, with a focus on pharmaceutical companies.- Proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders within life sciences organizations.- Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value sales processes exceeding $1M.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose customized solutions effectively.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in developing impactful presentations.- Deep industry knowledge in the commercial biopharmaceutical sector, patient services, and market access.- Strategic thinking ability to develop tailored account strategies for multi-stakeholder sales cycles.- Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.Salary ExpectationBase compensation ranges from $140,000 to $175,000 annually, with additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
