Job Description JOB SUMMARY:This is a senior position of the marketing and communications team and is responsible for the development, marketing, and promotion of all research and medical education (UME, CME, GME) campaigns, increasing awareness and stature of Carle, Health Alliance, the Stephens Family Research Institute to the market, and supporting the organizational executive leadership team in communications planning around outward facing presentations and/or partnership discussions. This role will be a member of the enterprise marketing team but will partner very closely with the Stephens Family Research Institute, clinical and executive leadership.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEWord processing, spreadsheet applications, graphic design, strong written and oral communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Communicates Carle, Health Alliances and Stephens Family Research Institue long-term positioning for prospective partners and ensures that individual marketing strategies/advertising efforts meet those goals.Develops ideas and oversees content for web pages for each client; Liaises with digital communications team to prioritize and sequence developmentDevelops promotional efforts of the marketing plan, works with internal staff to develop advertising plans and produce advertising elementsHelps develop the annual strategic business plan and develops the marketing plan including budgets, and assists in the accomplishment of business objectives.Generates innovative ideas; challenges traditional ways of thinking and approaches to work problems.Keeps clients apprised of significant market/industry trends of special concern to them.Present creative materials and concepts to clients.Provides marketing consulting services to all account management groups.Collaborates with copywriting team, and writes when necessary, various promotional materials (newsletters, ads, brochures, public relations, consumer education, internal communications, internet web pages).
