This role will also support Global talent partnership negotiations and lead talent partnership management.This role will report to the Sr Director, Global Partnerships and Collaborations.More specifically, in this role, you will:Lead Management and oversight of activation of Levi's live music platform, the Levi's Music Project as well as Levi's talent partnerships at the Global and Cluster levelAct as conduit of information, materials and toolkits with key cross-functional business partners for all global music and talent partnerships and activationsWork with Insights team to develop measurement tools and conduct annual audit of Levi's Global Music and Talent marketing campaigns and engagementBe responsible for Music Partnerships AFP budgetSupport the Talent Partnerships AFP budgetBe the Global music agency liaison for the branBe the Global talent agency liaison for the brandAssist with targeted consumer and competitor researchKey Results:ROI (as measured by the BDA)Brand Equity / Lift & AwarenessEffective execution of partnership deals and contract termsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred6+ years of experience in apparel, consumer product, entertainment or music marketing recommendedStrong knowledge of the live music and entertainment industryStrong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Excellent attention to detailEffective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and all levels within a companyStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsProven track record driving multiple streams of workPassion for product and the consumerPassion for musicProven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentWe put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
