We are seeking a UX Designer on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. The main function of a UX Designer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs. This role is onsite in San Francisco, CA.
What You'll Do:Engage with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers business problem/goals.Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraintsCoordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are metDesign, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of designAnalyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications Must-Haves:Strong interaction in video and mobile design and developmentExperience in designing first scaleExperience in software design and developmentExperience in professional UI developmentExperience with data-driven UI developmentStrong communication and problem solving skillsExperience in messaging platform and social media is a plus
Education:A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
