We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As a Customer Marketing Manager, Fund Admin, you’ll work to:
Define strategy for customer marketing across channels for our Fund Admin business
Drive upsell for our SPV, Fund Tax, Portfolio Insights, Valuations, and future add-on products to our Fund Admin customers
Partner with Product Marketing on establishing and iterating the customer journey and driving feature adoption
Collaborate across Sales, Product, Customer Success , Business Development, Marketing Ops and internal marketing partners to develop impactful and timely upsell/adoption campaigns that map to the customer journey and relevant personas
Leverage major customer events and launches to superpower outbound efforts
Take a lead role in generating demand from customer-focused product launches
Prioritize the customer experience within the campaign strategy in demonstrable ways
Lead with an integrated marketing approach to expansion and retention inclusive of content, events (live/webinar), paid, sending etc.
Manage to business metrics for expansion, churn and contraction by constantly evaluating and acting on performance metrics from campaigns
Partner with CS and sales partners on retention motions
Work closely with the growth and product team on in-app journeys
Act as a key member of the planning and prioritization team for quarterly and annual planning

About You
5+ years of customer marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or 7+ years in outbound marketing
Financial services background a plus
Versed in working cross-functionally including Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing Ops as well as within the Marketing team (content, events, paid, etc.)
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Highly customer-centric
Biased for action and data-driven
BA required
SalaryCarta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $114,750 - $135,000 in San Francisco, CA. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
