Our Client is a a fast-paced consumer PR agency hiring a

Group Senior Vice President / Associate Managing Director to run the firm’s Health + Wellness division.

This position will hold overall responsibility for leading, managing and ensuring the profitable growth of a business portfolio (organized by expertise, industry or based on relationships), setting strategy and delivering financially significant results for the portfolio. This role reports to the CEO.The SVP will deliver and manage $5MM in fee revenue annually to the agency and manage a team of 20+ employees inclusive of practitioners who specialize in earned, influencer, social and digital work. Experience leading businesses and teams at communications agencies and consumer health experience is a must, and background in pharma communications is a plus. Based in New York with a hybrid 3 on-site /2 WFH schedule.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:Inspire creativity, expand offerings and improve the quality of the work that leads to the agency’s overall health, strong reputation in the industry and staffer’s satisfaction and retentionShowcase your ability to navigate originating ideas/brand experiences while demonstrating persuasiveness and the confidence to excite clients to buy into powerful ideas.Serve as a thought leader and trusted senior client counselor, assisting with client relations and execution as necessaryDemonstrate commitment, maturity, and loyalty to the agency in the supervision of their business portfolio, their immediate staff and the agency’s extended staff and external partners.Be prepared to guide the work on occasion - rather than be in the day-to-day work yourself - and provide opportunities for emerging leaders to step up and be responsible for the success of each accountCollaborate to deliver on overall agency objectives that lead to growth, talent retention/recruitment and a strong agency reputationWork to identify and realize new business opportunities that come into the agency and fit into their expertise, experience or portfolio needs, in order to meet revenue growth goalsSet and execute the strategy for a large portfolioMotivate, inspire and collaborate with direct reports required to deliver on objectives while embracing and demonstrating the highest commitment to the agency's valuesRegularly connect with other senior leads to share best practices, enhance work and problem solve swiftly and definitivelyDemonstrate ongoing interest, willingness, loyalty and engagement in agency success and talent developmentExude a high level of executive maturity, ethical practice, honesty and transparencyNurture creativity, embody insightfulness, and employ an enterprising spiritMeet specific revenue and growth goals, including but not limited to:·

Managing a minimum of $3MM in annual fee revenue·

Holding staff cost ratios within a reasonable range·

Achieving target growth within portfolio·

Participating in New Business efforts/pitchesIn order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target base compensation for this role is $200,000-250,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location
