Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Technical Writer Position type: Full-time - ContractDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Paris, TX As a Technical Writer, you will be:Organizing material and completing writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.Maintaining records and files of work and revisions.Conferring with applicable resources to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication (including – digital photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts).Reviewing published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction.Verifying of document accuracy at point of use and examples include but not limited to: Maintenance activities, equipment, time duration, task frequency, BOM data, etc.Performing general office work, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software.Developing and entering Maintenance preventative plans using SAP. The ideal candidate will have:2-year technical degree or higher is preferred but not required.Computer literacy such as Microsoft software, digital camera, SAP, etc.Experience in drafting, review, editing, and finalization of documents used in support of various Maintenance activities.
