The beautiful Conrad Los Angeles is seeking a creative Marketing Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team!

Located in the most exciting state-of-the-art development in DTLA, this luxurious 28-story hotel has over 300 rooms, a spa, 16,000 square foot rooftop with a pool deck, 12,000 square feet of event space, and 4 food and beverage outlets.

This includes a signature restaurant, outdoor restaurant, lobby bar, and in-room dining

In this position, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to boost revenue growth and creation. You will support the hotel's dedication to outstanding guest service and financial prosperity by aiding the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the hotel's marketing endeavors and sales marketing campaigns for groups, leisure, consortia, wholesale, catering, events, spa, and food & beverage sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess over two years of marketing experience, demonstrate creativity, a passion for success, robust digital and social media skills, and an ability to stay abreast of trends. This is an onsite position.

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for assisting with and implementing marketing strategies to promote revenue growth and generation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Marketing Management and Execution

Plan & Budget: assist DOSM with execution of strategic marketing plans. Marketing plans should be annual, monthly and by segment of deployment inclusive of cost, deployment strategies (print, digital, and/or social media) through the review of competitive data, demand analysis and market mix management.

Agency Point of Contact: Responsible as the day-to-day agency point of contact to ensure execution of plan.

Internal Partnerships: Work/liaison with internal hotel and corporate partners, including but not limited to Brand, Destination, Jose Andres Group, & Ownership.

Keys to Success

Builds a close alignment with on-property, regional, and brand marketing teams.

Successfully executes the tactical elements of the annual marketing plan.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.

Has a passion for learning and staying on the cutting edge of new digital strategies, trends and technologies.

Highly adaptable to seasonality and conflicting priorities.

Tactical Marketing Execution & Analysis

Project Management: Manages the development of advertising and marketing campaigns including trafficking creative (in coordination with an agency where applicable) for all hotel related marketing initiatives. Ensures timely media placement and coordination of production/materials deadlines, in addition to, project expense management.

Website Content: ManagesBrand.comand vanity website (Where applicable) content specifically for the hotel, including upkeep of images, special offers, landing pages and other site content enhancements and requirements. Responsible for ensuring all legal and security requirements are maintained on the vanity site.

Content & Asset Management: Identifies visual asset needs and coordinates all photo & video shoots as needed.

Media/Influencer Visits: Works with PR and Marketing teams to oversee coordination of VIP visits, including itineraries, tours, amenities and reservations. May be required to give property tours as needed.

Photography/Videography: oversees asset database of approved images and ensures all image libraries are up to date, including hotel, enterprise and third-party sites. Coordinates hotel photo and video shoots.

Email Deployment: Manages and executes schedule of email campaigns deployed by Clairvoyix and Constant Contact. Works with stakeholders to determine offers and content for emails.

Social Media: work with agency to proposes and review themes for monthly content calendar related to Hotel.

Reporting: Pulls ad-hoc reports requested by leadership to assist with ownership and/or corporate meetings. Work with Enterprise team on all presentations and regular meetings.

Meetings, Presentations and Reports

Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparation for all strategic meetings, including weekly and/or monthly hotel executive committee meetings, ownership reviews and corporate hotel reviews.

The annual salary range for this role is $67,000 - $68,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
