Our mission is to provide quality and innovative outdoor living product to homeowners, contractors, and commercial businesses.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, expand our social media presence, and drive traffic to our website to generate and boost sales. This role requires the ability to create and manage engaging content, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and effective communication skills to enthusiastically present our product to customers. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative creative social media content and strategies that are aligned with our overall marketing and sales goals.Create visually appealing and engaging social media posts that highlight our products and what makes us stand out from the competition.Manage social media accounts by posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics.Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve presence and performance.Increase traffic to our website through engaging creative social media content.Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and presentations that effectively highlight our products to customers that drive sales.Present our products enthusiastically to customers and respond swiftly to inquiries.Other duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience, or recent college graduate, or 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from social media metrics.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
