Role Objective

Communicate with valued marketing partners to educate them on developments of annotations on the project. You will be involved in supporting marketing partners to make the most out of their promotional emails. This process includes, but is not limited to, introducing marketers to email annotations, being closely involved in troubleshooting, and communicating your findings with the team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Email Support Specialist to manage a high volume of email communications with brands and various marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will handle routine support inquiries as well as escalate technical issues to engineers and document bugs for further investigation.

Pay:

$23/hour on W2 plus benefits

Location:

100% remote. Team is based in Bay Area, CA

Responsibilities:Ensure quick and thorough communication with marketing partnersGather relevant feedbackProvide timely and accurate information/responses to customer queries.Support marketing partners when annotated emails don't work as expected and report findingsCollaborate with engineers to create and document bugs for resolutionDocument all customer interactions and technical issues accuratelyPrepare and update support documentation and FAQsUpdate internal documentation and guidelinesRequirements

Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all customer interactionsAbility to prioritize tasksStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Organizational Skills: Ability to review data, keep track of information, and report to the teamWork independently and in a teamPreferred Attributes:

Knowledge of Email MarketingDegree in Marketing/Communications or similar fieldsComfortable working with Google Workspace
