We are seeking an experienced senior field marketing manager to join our Global Field Marketing team to deliver regional marketing engagements that drive growth for our Aerospace, Defense and Government (ADG) business in North America.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across sales, demand, and technical marketing to develop a field marketing strategy that accelerates the ADG Americas sales pipeline. You should have a strong affinity for customer and sales success, experience in account-based marketing and event planning and the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams. Background in aerospace and defense industries a plus.

ResponsibilitiesOwn the field marketing plan for ADG business in North America, to drive revenue growth through demand generation, sales enablement, and pipeline acceleration.Work closely with sales and BU leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to revenue targets.Collaborate with technical marketing team to deliver customer facing content and sales enablement that is relevant and effective in driving and converting demand.Partner with global events team to plan and execute regional events, including tradeshows and seminars, that engage prospects and customers.Evaluate effectiveness of sales enablement materials and develop playbooks to support successful lead follow up and conversion.Analyze results against goals and augment regional demand with prospecting and account-based marketing programs as needed.Stay ahead of regional market and competitive trends to ensure campaigns are customer relevant.Provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.Requirements

8+ years of marketing and/or sales experience.Experience working with B2B technology customers preferred.Account-based marketing and event experience.Experience using CRM to create marketing reporting and analysis.Experience in the aerospace and defense industry a plus.Travel in North America expected.Bachelor's degree required.Must be a US citizen.
