OverviewThe
Graphics Coordinator
is responsible for supporting in-store graphics and innovation for new, relocations, remodels and roll out programs. Assist in graphics proofing, order tracking, and communication to internal and external contacts.
A Day In The Life:
Create store specific graphics distribution lists for each instore event and/or special program.
Print programs from internal handoff through print vendor production and in-store delivery.
Provide tracking to internal partners and troubleshoot store receipt issues.
Track/communicate project milestones to ensure all timelines are met and partners are informed.
Follow up and respond to requests emails in the shared graphics email box.
Work closely with innovation team with the objective of meeting or exceeding project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
You'll Come With:
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Heightened sense of ownership and accountability, proactive team member, results orientated
Highly organized and skilled with time management
Strong multi-tasking ability with strict attention to detail
