Job Description:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager role at OSJL is a critical leader within the Digital Marketing team, responsible for developing and driving the execution of digital marketing strategies. This role leverages digital channels to drive traffic and sales throughout all retail stores and online via our E-Commerce initiatives. OSJL digital channels include, but are not limited to, email, display, paid search, search engine optimization (“SEO”), and paid and organic social media. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager role builds processes and systems that scale with a fast-growing business and leads a team of digital marketing specialists focused on growing our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall Company objectives.Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment. Keep expenses in line with budget and return on investment goals.Create campaign strategies to support Company promotions, seasonal events, store, website and other key initiatives across multiple digital platforms.Design and optimize email campaigns to increase customer engagement, drive trips and help drive E-Commerce sales working with the creative and email execution team.Focus on acquiring new customers through SEO, paid search, paid social, video, display and retargeting, and affiliate channels.Oversee the social media strategy to provide a consistent brand voice. Leverage social media to build customer loyalty, increase in-store traffic, and acquire new customers.Plan and buy digital media to support Company wide initiatives across multiple channels.Negotiate contracts, set up campaigns, and manage campaign tracking.Work with the creative team to develop digital ads, including, but not limited to, text, static, animated, and video, to meet performance goals.Ensure a clear brand voice and alignment of digital and social media content across the Company and in coordination of campaigns.Continuously develop and evolve multi-touch and multi-channel attribution to enhance the Insider loyalty program and customer lifetime value.Work with the analytics team to provide in-depth reporting and insightful analytics to understand how digital efforts drive foot traffic and conversions at stores and online.Leverage our Insider loyalty data to understand the success of programs across channels.Own and execute day to day management, testing and optimization of programs across digital channels.Work with the marketing operations team to identify potential process and automation improvements in data stream collection and privacy policy management.Serve as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all digital retention and acquisition channels.Contribute to and participate in quarterly strategy meetings with ownership communicating progress of marketing initiatives to Company goals.Manage the marketing specialists for media and any marketing interns. Manage associate performance, write performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback. As needed, delegate work and follow up with team members to confirm timely completion of tasks.Assist with hiring new team members, training new team members and acting as a mentor to coach and develop new teammates and marketing interns.Qualifications:

7 or more years of digital marketing experience is required.3 or more years managing marketing teams responsible for campaign management is required.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant fields is required. Master’s degree is preferred.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and a proven record of success in driving online engagement and achieving business goals is required..Experience in owning and growing digital retention and acquisition campaigns is required.Track record of managing B2C digital acquisition and retention campaigns through various channels, including, but not limited to email, SEO, search engine marketing (“SEM”), paid social, media and retargeting, affiliate, is required.Substantial experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and pay per click advertising is required.Deep knowledge of pay-per-click (“PPC”) with experience in creating, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns is required.Knowledge of digital advertising technology and experience working with multi touch attribution and managing performance campaigns is required.Very strong knowledge of Google analytics and Google tools is required. Proficiency with Adwords is preferred.Working knowledge of display and social media planning, buying, and management is required.Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they integrate is required.Experience in email marketing best practices is preferred.Agency and/or brand experience is required.Proficient in Google platform (i.e. Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).Work Environment:

Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazardpotential.Works in an office environment remaining stationary at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. Frequently uses near vision for reading and computer tasks.Some work may be completed outside of the Company locations, with at least three (3) days a week in the Corporate Office. The role is responsible for setting up a professional and ergonomically safe work environment and to be available during working hours.
