The Brand Marketing Specialist is part of the North American Marketing Department and plays a crucial role in the execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. It reports directly into the Business Development and Marketing Manager for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns.Create and manage content for various marketing channels including: social media, e-mail marketing, websites, print materials, telemarketing, webinars, and more.Contribute to planning and execution of shows and events.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and contests, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Maintain and update the brand's presence on digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.Collaborate with the creative design team to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.Assist in managing relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.Monitor marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cash flow.Stay current with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Must be able to meet a hybrid work model reporting into the office 2 consistent days per week to collaborate with the team and 3 days from home office. Must be able work standard business hours Mon-Fri.Travel is 5-15%. Passport required for occasional travel out of country to events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, or related role.Understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment with different personalities.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of channel or distribution models.Knowledge of POS, AIDC, Networking, or edge technologies.Experience working with Value-Added Resellers, Independent Software Vendors, and vendors.
