12+ Months of contract with a high possibility of extension

Pay Range : $45-$51/Hour

Our fortune 500 client one of the largest Computer Hardware -companies in Austin, TX is looking for Hardworking and motivated Senior Marketing Manager - Industrial Segments to join their innovative team.

About the Role: Are you looking for an exciting career in embedded product marketing? Look no further. We are revolutionizing the embedded market by continually introducing high-performance compute solutions into segments like industrial automation, healthcare, robotics, aerospace, and defense. As a member of our dynamic and energetic Embedded Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager for Industrial Segments will be responsible for driving and expanding the adoption of our solutions into the industrial embedded segment.

In this role, you will engage in global customer interactions and collaborate closely with Sales, Silicon and SW Technology teams, Customer and Applications Engineering, and Product Management to develop winning strategies for the segment. Key performance metrics include design win, sell-through and promotion effectiveness, revenue growth, and segment gross margin.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships from discovery and design win to revenue generation.

Handle Request for Quote (RFQ) management to secure business wins.

Analyze and evangelize product value propositions.

Create and execute sell-through/sell-out activities and promotions.

Assist partners in joining promotional activities and provide training.

Manage product pricing and negotiations.

Generate and maintain segment marketing collateral.

Drive customer-specific design win strategies.

Develop market segment strategies and business plans.

Conduct market trend analysis.

Perform competitive and opportunity analysis.

Create sales training materials.

Oversee the legal contract process with customers.

Create and maintain segment/customer MRDs, ensuring market/customer requirements are integrated into product and engineering specifications.

Help create outbound collateral for market development activities.

Preferred Experience:

Self-motivated individual excited to work in a fast-growing organization.

Solution-driven mentality to create win-win situations with customers.

Experience working with customers like Siemens, Advantech, Kontron, and Beckhoff is a plus.

10+ years of technology experience; familiarity with x86 architecture and CPUs is a plus.

Semiconductor experience preferred.

Proven track record of taking customer engagements to production.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team player with a strong sense of customer orientation.

Willingness to travel.

Academic Credentials:

BS in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.

MBA desirable but not required.
