Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of event logistics, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless operations.Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote events and fundraising campaigns effectively.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and event outcomes, optimizing strategies as needed.Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution and maximize fundraising efforts.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in marketing and event strategies.Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in marketing, event management, or fundraising roles, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to campaign optimization.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for event support.Passion for marketing, events, and making a positive impact through fundraising initiatives.What We Offer:
