Partner Marketing Manager @ TiltTilt (check us out here) is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by growing our brand through established partnership (brokers and integrations) channels. This position is a full-time role reporting to the VP of Marketing. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Below is a description of your role and responsibilities, including the things you will be held accountable for and the virtues, behaviors and competencies that are expected for this role.Roles & Responsibilities ️Provide marketing programs and assets to support partner acquisition strategyDevelop and manage all marketing assets needed to support partner programs, including written materials and presentationsManage and maintain online partner portalsEvaluate current partner marketing mix and assist in defining and designing the comarketing strategies for our partnersExecute & measure performance of partner marketing programsLead new product introductions efforts within the channel including collateral development, communication strategy, co-marketing deliverables, training tools and executionYou’re a great fit ifYou have proven experience working closely with partners (both referral and channel) and understand their business modelsYou have worked with online channel and partner portalsYou are experienced in the management and delivery of co-op marketing programsYou can work effectively with peers, management and internal and external stakeholdersYou are capable of managing tasks with limited supervisionYou have a number of years working experience as Partner Marketing Specialist or Manager in a related industryYou have a demonstrated and successful history of building marketing strategy and executionVirtues/Competencies:1.
