POSITION: M anager, Marketing Technology

REPORTS TO: Director, Marketing Technology

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida ( SalonCentric National Operating Center)

SUMMARY:

SalonCentric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Marketing Technology . This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of various personalization initiatives that enhance the customer experience. You will work with existing systems and tools while also implementing new pieces of our personalization technology. A major focus will be on setting up and evolving use cases in our omni-channel personalization decision engine and ensuring seamless integration with our other key systems and channels. Additionally, this role will support the evolution of targeted activation and attribution use cases leveraging identity-based and clean room platforms. Success in this role will require c ollaborat ion within the digital marketing team and with business stakeholders to enable high-value use cases . This role reports to the Director of Marketing Technology and is based in our St. Petersburg headquarters in a hybrid work environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities listed on this position are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:

Identify omni-channel personalization opportunities for our customers and own the implementation of features from conception through execution and testing.

Drive the implementation, management, and enhancement of our p ersonalization d ecision e ngine (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization formerly Interaction Studio ) , ensuring it aligns with our personalization strategy and meets the evolving needs of cross-functional teams.

Create initial requirements for multiple phases of personalization engine development and expand scope through channel integration, customer activations, and content output.

Determine desired system integrations and required data for each system.

Demonstrate strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills to consistently deliver outstanding results on-time and within budget.

Serve as a bridge between non-technical and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure clear understanding of requirements and dependencies.

Collaborate with channel teams to create features powered by the decision engine.

Utilize analytics to inform and optimize decisioning logic for personalized offers, product recommendations, and content across various channels.

Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and behavior to refine decisioning logic.

Conduct experiments to improve customer journeys and monitor their effectiveness.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of related experience in Marketing, Personalization, CRM, or related roles

Ability to create detailed user stories, scope out level of effort with technical teams, and develop product roadmaps.

Proven ability to complete complex cross-functional projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical processes to varied audiences.

Familiarity with agile development and project management tools.

Previous experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, audience onboarding, clean room, and omni-channel campaign management platforms. Salesforce, LiveRamp , or Habu experience preferred.

Experience working with A/B testing tools and recommendation personalization engines.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.

Advanced knowledge of web technologies, cookies, and Martech / AdTech ecosystems.
