Mount Alvernia Academy, a Franciscan Catholic coed school educating children from Preschool through Grade 6, seeks a highly organized and team-oriented individual to serve as an Admissions and Marketing Coordinator. This full-time, twelve-month position provides comprehensive support and is responsible for the daily oversight of Admissions efforts.

Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Responsibilities include:Greet visitors to the school, manage admission office email account, assist with all email communication to prospective families, execute mailingsOversee inquiries in the admission database (Ravenna), including data clean-up and entryProcess application formsOrganize admission events—including the planning, recording event responses and attendance, producing nametags, greeting attendeesOccasional night and weekend work as may be requiredTour and follow up with prospective familiesRegularly observe classes, attend school events, and fulfill other typical faculty duties during the academic year including recess or dismissal duty as a way to better understand MAA.Coordinate new student screenings as necessary.Collaborate with team members on the development of marketing materials including brochures, postcards, videos, viewbooks, and the school website.Qualifications:Strong customer service orientation and work ethicExcellent written and oral communication and computer skillsFamiliarity with databases such as Ravenna, Canva, and Google SuiteExecute and support social media postsAbility to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities in a fast-paced and ever-evolving, deadline-driven environmentWarmth of personality, patience, attention to detail, and collaborative natureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and sensitivity to confidential matters.Able to meet deadlines, think strategically, and work independently.Prefer candidate with a bachelor’s degree.Interested candidates should send a cover letter, resume, and three professional references to Mary Ferrucci, Principal, at employment@maa.school.
