Competitive Base Salary:

$90,000 – $120,000 Depending on experience (DOE)

JOB DESCRIPTIONRTA is looking for a Content Marketing Manager. This person helps RTA grow through brand building, thought leadership and messaging that resonates with customers, prospects, and our industry. The successful candidate will establish our brand voice and identity by driving content creation deliverables across multiple platforms and channels. They will work with internal and external knowledge experts to uncover new insights for our audiences. They will work with our product and sales teams to craft compelling messages that differentiate RTA from competitive solutions. And they will manage a variety of content channels to grow readership, listenership, viewership, and engagement.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIESBranding and Messaging – Acts as the company brand steward ensuring consistency across the organization. Creates messaging pillars, prospect reframes, and story arcs that serve as the basis for content development.

Written and Multimedia Content – determine topics, write, and edit for the company blog, case studies, newsletters, announcements, website copy, and press releases.

Sales Enablement – Helps improve lead conversions, sales cycles, win rates and customer retention with presentation support, collateral, interactive tools, testimonials, and email nurture programs.

Content Calendar – Creates and manages deliverables, communicating due dates and publication timelines internally.

Coordinatie speakers, topics, and the production and post-production of webinars, podcasts, and video projects.

KPIs based on organic search web traffic, funnel conversion rates, Click-Through Rate (CTR, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Conversion Rate (CVR).

Content Calender developed, communicated, and executed on consistent basis.

Achieves content deployment goals and dates.

Positions RTA as a leader, innovator, and problem-solver.

Detailed duties:Community Building – Supports RTA community building efforts in 2024 as we look to develop fleet manager communities centered around education, learning, collaboration, and networking.

Account-Based Marketing – Supports ABM efforts with content specific to target accounts and groups, moving them from status quo to action.

Online Visibility – Working with the marketing specialist, develops short-form content and social post text to promote content distribution. Uses SEO best practices to improve search indexing.

Public Relations – Develops and distributes press releases on company news, customers, and product announcements. Locates and coordinates guest speaking opportunities including industry webinars and at events.

Product Comms – Works with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and distribute product release communications.

Consistently tests new content creation methods such as ChatGPT / AI, maintaining brand voice, tone, and tenor.

Job requirements:

Has 5+ years of Content marketing experience in a high-growth B2B environment

Has a passion for writing, and equally enjoys multimedia content including scripting, video shorts, podcasts, and webinars.

Has a successful track record managing communications and/or content for B2B products. Technology product experience is a plus.

Has experience managing, a variety of contractors including podcasting, writing, video production, graphic design, and social media.

Understands B2B marketing and can operationalize Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs with intent data, target accounts, scoring, and qualifying.

Understands key marketing metrics, how to apply them, communicate, and make adjustments based on KPIs.

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
