Edelman’s continued evolution as the leading communications consultancy will require paramount focus on product development (technology and services) that leverages data and AI to transform its own and its client’s businesses. To achieve this vision, Edelman is building a critical new AI driven division that consists of four primary departments. Each department has a specific role and responsibility in the development, delivery and deployment of AI and data solutions across Edelman and the communications industry.

They will be the driving force behind our offering story, devising a strategy to enhance brand recognition, and facilitating customer adoption. This role will oversee our marketing initiatives, ensuring our internal and external customers are well-informed about our advisory, SaaS, and enablement offerings.Responsibilities:

Define strategy and approach for product marketingDevelop messaging plan and execution approachDevelop and design brand assets and collateralSupport internal and external marketing engagementsLead spokesperson strategy and executionSupport global enablementWork hand in hand with strategic partnersSupport and manage key external events, roadshows, and online engagementsDevelop and lead successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaignsBasic Qualifications:

8+years of product marketing experienceBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications:

Proficient in storytelling through written, verbal, and visual meansProven track record of creating customer segment-oriented campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, enhance engagement, and improve retentionAdvanced quantitative and deductive skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-guided decisionsExcellent project management skillsAbility to quickly grasp technical topicsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teamsWhy join us?

Opportunities for continuous learning and development in the rapidly evolving field of AI.$150,000 - $215,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just onecomponentof DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
