The Communications Network manager will manage the company’s network team and support every aspect of network systems and subsystems. Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including components including switches, routers, and the installation of additional servers. Work in strategic planning for medium and long-term timelines based on company objectives to keep it in line with new developments in the space. Administer firewalls and internal network security, maintain existing anti-spam and antivirus systems, and set new anti-spam policies.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, designing and helping the networking team to establish a network regarding the needs and requirements of the clients or an organizationDesigning specifications to establish network security and protect the system from vulnerabilitiesEstablishing security measures to protect network infrastructure from unauthorized accessMonitoring network performance to identify potential problems and help ensure high performance levelsEvaluating and optimizing network or system performanceDesigning and implementing network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologyQualifications

Bachelor of Science and Applicable Networking Certifications (Preferably Cisco
