Qualifying activities include such items as: - analyzing and interpreting business requirement documents (BRDs) and use cases in unified modeling language (UML) for testability and inconsistencies - participation in Joint Application Development sessions, seeking clarification from business analysts as needed - documenting and implementing application test plans - identifying test cases - writing and executing test scripts - identifying and analyzing application problems and the communication of such to development team.Experience with HP/Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management and/or its prior versions: Quality Center, Test Director.Experience with HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) and HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) for developing and maintaining automated scripts used to do regression testingExperience planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies based on software specifications for a web-based application in a large, complex and diverse Human Services (Federal, State or local government) delivery system.Experience as a test lead, providing direction and training to other members of the project team2+ years experience using SQL, and SOAP UI, with Exposure to Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or HP Quality Center, to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff.Experience with HP LoadRunner (or Performance Center) used for load and performance testing.Founded in 1995, IIT is a leading provider of Workforce Solutions to Government and Fortune-1000 organizations.
