We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing for Copilot for M365 who will lead the strategy and execution of bringing Copilot to millions of users and helping them realize the full potential of Generative AI. You will be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth of Copilot across different segments and scenarios, as well as identifying and addressing competitive threats and opportunities . You will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and partner teams to create compelling value propositions, messaging, positioning, and campaigns for Copilot. You will also have the chance to shape Copilot's future by providing feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and innovation. Responsibilities

Team leadership. Coach high performing employees to achieve business goals and steward thoughtful career planning and development with employees. Create and nurture a culture of diversity and inclusion.Identify competitive opportunities for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and determine critical features, capabilities, endpoints and experiences to grow the addressable market.Lead a cross-functional teams across engineering, product marketing, go to market and integrated marketing and more to identify net-new opportunities to drive both end-user adoption and usage growth, delivering business impact.Build a community of advocates to drive brand love with existing and net new M365 customers.Exercise creativity in approach to connecting product value with customers with external partnerships to maximize impactDefine experimentation opportunities, success metrics, measurement methodology, objectives & key results (OKRs).Guide your team to understand enterprise and consumer users and craft compete, adoption and community marketing content that resonate with relevant the audiences (Adoption and community – end user and Compete – Business Decision Makers (BDMs), Product and marketing leads).Embody our Culture and Values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience

4+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams)Experience developing net-new opportunities to drive both end-user adoption and usage growth, delivering business impactExperience with enterprise and consumer users to lead compete and community marketing content that resonate with relevant the audiences - Business Decision Makers, Product and marketing leads

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience

6+ years people management experience

Product Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
