As the Director of Mobile Product Marketing, you will lead a team of diverse product marketers to develop the best go-to-market strategies and drive collaborative leadership to achieve business goals. In close partnership with EA Mobile game studios, as well as Growth leaders across User Acquisition, Marketing Creative, Market Research, Data Science, Communications and Platform Marketing, your marketing campaigns will increase player acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will report to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing.

Responsibilities Include

Lead a team of mobile product marketers to own and deliver the marketing strategy for a group of mobile games and franchises. Align strategy with financial plans, product roadmaps and audience insights to launch new games and scale existing in-market titlesOwn Marketability validation and optimization for EA Mobile games from incubation to launch and throughout their lifecycleBuild relationships with leaders across the organization including, User Acquisition, Marketing Creative, Data Science, Franchise Brand Marketing, Communications, Regional Marketing and Platform Marketing to meet a common goalCreate data-driven marketing strategies to capture target audiences and increase market shareBuild “test-measure-learn” into all campaign strategies to connect activations to measurable results and goalsCollaborate with Finance and studio to build financial models and business cases for marketing campaignsDevelop a framework for omni-channel go to market campaigns that expand the reach of our products and live servicesConduct market research of the mobile games market as well as for new and existing EA titles and apply these insights to Product Marketing’s strategies and campaignsCollaborate with studio to develop roadmaps that align with acquisition, engagement and audience growth strategies

Qualifications

BA/BS degree8+ years of experience developing marketing and go to market strategy for live service apps/products and managing marketing campaigns5+ years leading a large, diverse and inclusive team of product marketers5+ years collaborating with teams across product, marketing, brand, analytics and financeAbility to communicate at all levels of an organization including executive managementAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint

Us Compensation And Benefits

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $170,500 - $259,300 USD Annually

New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

º $167,300 - $259,300 USD Annually

Jersey City, NJ :

º $202,600 - $259,300 USD Annually

Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $180,100 - $237,200 USD Annually

Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $167,300 - $238,500 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
