We are looking for a talented Digital Content Strategist who excels at understanding user needs and behaviors and can create sophisticated content that enhances interaction with premium brands. Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and operations teams, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging copy for unique loyalty programs that resonate with our clients’ brand values and appeal to their target audiences.What You'll Do:

Develop and execute content strategies for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand voiceWrite and edit high-quality, engaging content for landing pages, websites, member portals, campaign emails, enrollment flows, event descriptions, and mobile appsCollaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to create content that supports user engagement and drives conversionConduct user research and apply insights to create content that meets user needs and enhances the user experienceEnsure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experienceWork with UX/UI designers to ensure content is effectively integrated into digital designs and enhances overall usabilityMonitor and analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize content strategiesWhat We're Looking For:
