Job DetailsAre you a product leader with a passion for marketing, data, and AI who loves solving complex problems for B2B marketers? As a Product Management Director for B2B marketing you will drive the cohesive vision and execution of next generation B2B marketing experiences!

You will define product strategy and requirements for what B2B marketers need in order to deliver amazing customer experiences at scale across the B2B revenue lifecycle using the powerful tools of AI, the world’s #1 CRM, and Data. You will own the end-to-end process by driving development of that strategy with engineering, partnering across the organization, and bringing features to market with compelling customer positioning.

Required Skills:6+ years in Product ManagementExperience building and/or using (as a customer) marketing, workflow orchestration, or CDP products.Experience in taking one or more products through the full product cycle, from ideation (including the ability to grasp and translate customer needs into technical capabilities) through launch.Experience working in a complex environment with multiple team dependencies in a cross-cultural environment located in different time zones.Demonstrated ability to prioritize among many conflicting goals within diverse groups.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.Excellent leadership skills.Ability to be both hands-on, drilling down to the details and also seeing the bigger picture and being visionary.Networking skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility and build confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues. Fluent in English.
