Graphic Designer

will lead the development, design, and execution of all signage for our assets. They will collaborate closely with our executive and marketing team to shape and maintain the Prime Group Holdings brand identity across our diverse portfolio.Essential ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and visually represent Prime Group Holdings' brands to engage, inform, and captivate our stakeholdersEstablish a compelling visual identity for the PGH brand portfolio by creating brand and style guidelines for branded signsTake ownership of 2D and 3D design projects, encompassing logos, building signage, posters, and infographicsManage incoming sign requests from various assetsEstablish and coordinate external vendor schedules including job-site surveys, manufacturing, transportation and final installation of products at customer location to ensure on-time deliveryPartner with local municipalities to interpret municipal code and procure permits to ensure signage is following local regulationsCollaborate with the Marketing Department on signage projects, offering strategic insights and editing support as neededNegotiate strategic pricing initiatives with external vendors and contractors to ensure profitability targetsMaintain a well-organized library of marketing assets and resources, including photos, videos, and electronic media.Conduct ongoing research on industry and competitor design trends, analyzing findings to inform and enhance design and branding decisions for signageUtilize effective communication to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholdersQualifications4-8 years of experience in graphic design or multimedia production, with applicable internship experience consideredA bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Media Arts, or a related design-focused program.Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Bridge.
