We have offices in the Dallas and Denver metro areas.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Assistant at our offices at the Shops at Legacy in Plano, TX. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day marketing-related tasks including preparation of marketing communications with clients and prospective clients, utilizing Hubspot CRM for managing communications and sales pipelines, developing and implementing a social media marketing campaign, organizing events, helping attorneys with individual outreach efforts, creating content for blog posts, website, and presentations, managing updates to the website, and generally being proactive with developing the firm's marketing program.QualificationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in sales and marketing, including mass communications, CRMs, and content creationGraphic design for use in advertisements, email blasts, firm announcements, etc.Knowledge of intellectual property law is a plus but not requiredDetail-oriented and highly organizedExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team and resolve conflictsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldInitiative to tackle unfamiliar tasks
