The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.I. Position Responsibilities: EssentialAnalyze and interpret data across multiple sources including Google Analytics, Ads, and Property Management system to identify trends and opportunities to increase revenueMonitor functionality and content consistently across online channels including the InTown and Uptown websites, central reservation system, online travel agencies (Expedia, ), etcCollaborate with the VP of Marketing and the agency of record to develop strategies to improve channel performance (return on ad spend, guest lifetime value, conversion, etc.)Design and deploy promotional campaigns across property, web, social, email, and text platformsDevelop monthly blog and social content calendarsCollaborate with internal and external teams to maintain brand consistency and messagingHelp manage and boost brand awareness through PR content and reputation channelsAssist with call center and field training callsII. Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/EducationBA or BS degree in Marketing/AdvertisingMust have 4-5 years marketing experienceHospitality experience a plus but not requiredMust be able to read, speak, understand, and write the English languageBe a strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforceMust have excellent communication, verbal and written skills; positive attitude, self-starter with strong initiative and competitive mind set with a passion for the hotel businessExercise superior communication, presentation, organization, time management, and listening skillsMust be detail oriented, an analytical thinker and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks/scheduleTechnical SkillsGoogle Analytics CertifiedGoogle AdsMozWordPressBlueshift or related email automation platformsReputation monitoring platformsMicrosoft Office, Excel, & PowerPointMust work out of the corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA (North Atlanta)III. Mental and Physical DemandsWork Environment:Typical office environment - moderate noise level.Physical Demands:Indoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces.Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeThis position is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Extensive use of hands and fingers for manipulation of keyboard, answering phone calls, calculator, copy machine, computer printer and other office productivity machinery.Use of computer terminal, which requires extensive eye contact with a video display terminal.The person in this position frequently communicates with employees/vendors. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.The position will be physically located in the Atlanta office; working remotely (outside of Company Directed Guidelines) is not permitted.
