Job Overview:

The Marketing Campaign Manager is a project management role responsible for working with the other marketing team members in the execution of marketing campaigns and has ownership of timelines, deliverables, and metrics. The Marketing Campaign Manager manages or supports multiple projects through a defined customer journey. Development of appropriate databases and reporting for the sales and marketing teams are also required.

Your Responsibilities:

Work with marketing VP and team to develop and execute the regional marketing plan including direct and online marketing channels to build brand awareness, maximize lead generation and conversion, and influence client retention efforts.Work with sales and marketing leaders to define the customer journey (lead nurturing) and ensure alignment of efforts.Develop and deliver integrated (multi-channel) marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and generate repeatable results using statistical analysis, surveys and reports to build content strategy in accordance with our go-to-market strategy.Work with graphic designers and content creators to ensure campaign materials (social posts, infographics, email, direct mail, webinars, quizzes, etc.) support business and marketing strategies.Coordinate campaign tasks and ensure all pertinent information is consistently communicated to broader departments and/or team members.Track and analyze marketing campaigns; use data to form insights and test hypotheses, with learnings to produce best practices for conversion.Work with graphic designers and content creators to develop and deliver campaign materials to support business and marketing strategies and be able to create effective presentations to key stakeholders on successful campaigns.Other duties as assignedRegular and predictable attendance required

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited college or university, and 2+ years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in a service-related industry.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Knowledge of marketing resource/campaign management platforms. Preference will be given to candidates with HubSpot marketing automation experience.

Experience with web analytics platforms and Google AnalyticsExperience working with CRM platforms. (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.)Ability to design and code in HTML for responsive emails and corresponding landing pages. (CSS a plus.)Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent problem-solver; demonstrates ability to use creative alternatives.Must be able to write basic campaign copy for email, social and website content.Knowledge of InDesign, PhotoShop and Adobe Professional a plus.Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent written and oral skills.Strong ethical practices.Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.

Compensation: $55000 - $60000 / year
