Team & Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator – Amazon Content to join our Marketing team! What you’ll do day to day:Optimize our content across Amazon regions: administer, maintain, and publish product content to retailer websites - and act to maintain our brand and quality standards for content across channels.Implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and ranking on Amazon search results; use tools like Helium10 and Analytic Index to research keywords and trends.Maintain Amazon brand storefronts across regions, executing updates for key seasons, events, etc.Monitor customer reviews and feedback, working with relevant teams (PD/QA) to address any issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Oversee Amazon review seeding programs.

Maintain communication with the sales support team to provide updates on optimizations, progress, and results.Respond in a timely manner to errors, questions, alerts, and issues and work to resolve them with a strong customer focus and sense of urgency.Analyze and report on the performance of product listings, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and sales.

Compile monthly/quarterly performance reports for sharing with sales & marketing teams.

Stay informed about the latest Amazon changes, news, features, and algorithm updates to keep our listings competitive and compliantWhat we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives):

Improve Amazon SEO by conducting thorough keyword research to enhance product visibility and increase organic traffic on an ongoing basis.Optimize content for new products, evergreen bestsellers, and high-growth potential "rising stars" to drive improved product and brand visibility, and conversion on an ongoing basis.Support Amazon International (Canada, Mexico, Australia, Singapore) regions by tailoring content to local preferences, incorporating relevant keywords to enhance user relatability, and driving accelerated growth monthly.Enhance brand identity and messaging by creating a cohesive and visually appealing storefront that reflects the brand's identity, resulting in increased new-to-brand shoppers, higher traffic, and lower bounce rates on an ongoing basis.Test and learn different content levers by conducting quarterly A/B testing of images, titles, and A+ content to optimize performance and support conversion.Become a team advocate for Vendor Central, Analytic Index, and Helium 10 by leveraging these tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve overall team performance on an ongoing basis.Requirements/Ideal Attributes:

Bachelor’s Degree1-2 years experience in retail and online marketingUnderstanding & ability to navigate major online retailer and advertising platforms and to resolve .com issuesAbility to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve listing performanceAbility to use channel management tools such as Salsify, Vendor Central, etcStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, excellent problem-solving skillsIntermediate or advanced MS Office skills, proficient in learning internal enterprise systemsWe’re looking for a “can do” person who can execute online strategies at the best-in-category level.We’re looking for a multi-tasker who can meet challenging and shifting deadlines and (sometimes) changing priorities.We’re looking for a team player who follows through on commitments, takes responsibility, and produces quality results.
