As a

Senior Digital Advertising Specialist , you will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing a portfolio of paid media accounts across various channels. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing performance issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring the efficiency of our clients' campaigns.

This is a full-time, remote, salaried position headquartered in Herndon, VA. Candidate must reside in the Continental U.S., eastern and central time zones preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot a portfolio of paid media accounts across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Diagnose and resolve performance issues in campaigns, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsConduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and address performance gapsContinuously monitor and analyze campaign performance across the portfolio, providing actionable insights and recommendationsImplement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for each accountManage and allocate budgets effectively across the portfolio, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact for each accountStay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital marketingCreate and present detailed reports on campaign performance to stakeholders and clients, highlighting troubleshooting efforts and outcomesMentor and provide guidance to junior team members, focusing on best practices for account optimization and troubleshootingQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field3+ years of experience in paid media optimization, preferably managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentProven track record of diagnosing and resolving performance issues in paid media campaigns across a portfolio of accountsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for multiple clientsProficiency in using paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertisingExperience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCertification in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag ManagerPreferred Skills:

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across multiple accountsFamiliarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneouslyCreative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns tailored to different clientsKnowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid media efforts

CompensationCompetitive compensation will be commensurate with experience.
