We're recruiting for an

Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

role for our client. An innovative start-up SaaS tech company, focused on driving growth in the solar industry. through strategic and targeted marketing efforts. Our client is revolutionizing utility-scale solar design and this is your chance to bring innovative solar solutions to the world.

Location:

Remote, WFH; travel possible. PHX is a desired home base, but not required.

Salary:

$100-$125K plus bonus potential based on company performance.

As an ABM Marketing Manager, through strategic and targeted marketing efforts, you'd be responsible for:

Defining and implementing a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with business objectives and target account criteria.Selecting and implementing the best systems, tools, partners, and processes to execute the ABM strategy.Identifying and prioritizing high-potential accounts in collaboration with sales, based on revenue potential, industry influence, and strategic fit.Developing highly tailored marketing campaigns that address the unique challenges and goals of each target account.Utilizing various channels such as email, LinkedIn, webinars, and virtual events to engage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.Collaborating with content creators to produce compelling and relevant content tailored to the needs of target accounts.Leading the execution of ABM campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines and budget.Analyzing campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.Fostering strong collaboration with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of ABM initiatives with sales efforts.What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B marketing with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).Deep understanding of ABM principles, strategies, and best practices.Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pipedrive) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Nice to Have:

Experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly solar.Proficient in data analysis and reporting.Experience with a variety of marketing technology stacks.Global market experience.ABM certification.
