The Marketing Director is the driving force behind the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans representing ArchKey to current and prospective customers. Day in the LifeDrive comprehensive branding strategy for ArchKey and all enterprise brands that maximizes visibility and communicates clear storytelling of the ArchKey brand.Manages communication channels, graphics, and content.Provide strategic direction and project management for campaigns and messages both internally and externally.Oversee and monitor the content and graphics of marketing material and work with designers and writers when outsourcing graphic projects such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and logos.Facilitate the preparation of comprehensive, informative, and graphically appealing proposals and pre-qualifications.Manage marketing project tracking, reporting, and database maintenance, and provide staff support when needed.Manage Company appearance and corporate brand for events, such as open houses, holiday parties, golf tournaments, retirements, supervisor conferences and charitable fundraising.Collaborate with photographers for photo shoots, purchasing photo rights and maintaining a library of professional photos. Partners with printers on outsourced print projects such as business cards, brochures and proposal covers.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 8-10 years of related marketing leadership experience, preferably within the construction industry.Keen knowledge and experience with graphic design, digital photography, event planning and coordination, budget management and a broad spectrum of advertising concepts.Superior business acumen and experience collaborating with senior leaders in a high-growth, process-oriented business setting. Exceptional business development, relationship building and client communication skills.Demonstrated visionary strategic leadership and superior listening, presentation, negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and conflict management skills for employee groups at all levels, as well as customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other community leaders. Strong experience and skills in managing and championing organizational change.Superior verbal and written communication and grammar skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts and build strong working teams, cultures, and relationships at all levels and cross-functionally.Experience and skills working closely with proprietary information and maintaining confidentiality.Exceptional ability to hire, coach, mentor and develop employees, providing support to build high-performing, highly engaged and diverse work teams. High level of diplomacy, integrity, and leadership in employee engagement.
