Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Telecommunications Analyst to work for a large financial customer of ours. This Telecommunications will be responsible for reviewing telecommunications expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy for all of our telecom related expenses. This position requires strong financial acumen, excellent data analysis skills, and an understanding of telecom systems and technologies.
Responsibilities may include:
Optimizing our telecom expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy in all telecom related activities.
Review telecom charges. Audit circuits against locations.
Auditing POTS services.
Documenting and reporting on communication infrastructure.
Scheduling, notifying, and working with internal and external groups.
Preparing analytical reports based on telecom usage.
Provides support for network design activities.

Skills and Requirements
Associate degree preferred in an Information Technology Discipline or 2-4 years of technical training in related field
Minimum of two (2) years of job-related experience
Project Management, MS Excel, MS Word
Possesses an intermediate level of understanding of telecommunications principles, standards, and protocols and troubleshooting telecommunications infrastructure. - Project management skills are strongly desired.
Familiarity with Cloud Based transport and technologies.
