We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's, Dockers, Denizen, Signature by Levi Strauss & Co. and Beyond Yoga.As Dockers' Retail and Wholesale Marketing Assistant Manager, you will build Dockers' brand expression in the retail stores and the main department stores across United States and Canada in the launching of collections, brand moments, promotional activities, strategic alliances, and investment of media. Reporting into the US Marketing Director, Dockers, you will create strategies that generates sales in collaboration with the commercial/sales team.About the JobWholesale Marketing

Coordinate Dockers brand expression and unification across all Wholesale account distribution channels through consistent brand exhibition and promotions linked by our goals and brand global strategies.

Partner with the Sales and Brand Environment team to create clear communication at the point of sale with POS signage and Ecommerce.

Achieve consistency in all our POS (partnering with BE) through graphics, navigation and display materials update according to every season. This project is the most important of the Season.

Master the assortment plan and collections of the different Wholesale accounts to propose strategies that increase sales.

Have an impeccable follow-up with the contact points of the wholesale accounts: buyers, marketing teams, legal teams, finance, visual merchandising teams.

Follow the print implementation process for the Wholesale channel ensuring alignment and on-time implementation with the Sales, Marketing and Brand Environment team.

Know and master the weekly commercial results of product performance, categories, growth against last year, and have criteria to detect those with low performance for each sales channel.

Work with Director and team members in Merchandising, Sales, KAMS Accounts and other subsidiaries.

Establish training, market visit criteria and tracking sales tool to identify quality in execution as standards for Wholesale.

Control assigned budget and identify in advance opportunities to improve performance on floor.

Connect with the Marketing teams of the Wholesale accounts to develop specific Marketing plans that affect the business result.

Request banners, paid ads and graphic content for WHS.com and ensure their implementation.

Prepare detailed presentations for Market Week.

Coordinate the content of PDP (and Brand Pages) for Amazon and WHS.com, ensuring correct implementation aligned with the brand strategy and commercial teams.

Place all Purchase Orders in the system and keeping weekly track of the Marketing and Dilution budget, including accruals.

Retail Marketing

Create marketing and advertising strategies that contribute to the generation of traffic in the points of sale of Dockers across the US and Canada

Partner with Brand Environment and Retail to develop better brand expression and stories on tables and store windows.

Look for opportunities with shopping malls to make strategic alliances to communicate the brand within their web pages and social media.

Manage the execution of the marketing plan for all the brand's stores across United States and Canada.

Excellence in tracking vendor execution on the points of sales in each channel.

Analysis and work plan to improve traffic and visitor levels in all DTC stores.

Oversee promotional concepts and activities according to seasonal calendars.

Billing Process

Track finances, submit invoices, and follow up the billing process with other internal partners.

Maintain monthly conciliation with advertising agencies.

Track budget expenses by month, semester and year.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Administration or MKT

3+ years experience in Retail or Wholesale Marketing Project Managing

Know performance indicators for digital investments

Ability to negotiate with external partners

The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300 - $120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
