Let’s change the world!Osteoporosis affects nearly 13 million people of all genders in the U.S. who are at risk of fracture, but as of 2022 only ~25% of affected individuals are treated despite an older growing population. Although osteoporosis has several generic options available, Amgen has emerged as the leader in this therapeutic area with our flagship brand, Prolia, launched in 2010, and EVENITY, launched in 2019. Already 13 years in market, Prolia continues to deliver strong double-digit growth year on year and has a goal to treat 1.5 million patients in 2023 in the US - nearly half of patients whom Amgen serves worldwide across any therapeutic category. EVENITY aims to treat 75K patients showing a very positive growth trajectory. Given Amgen’s long-run play in this category, this franchise plays a particularly strategic role in delivering short- and long-term growth for Amgen.In this position, you will play a meaningful role in the growth trajectory of an Amgen priority business - the Bone Health franchise - leading a variety of initiatives at the forefront of Amgen’s future-focus to deliver on the customer centric vision. This individual is responsible for architecting omnichannel digital strategies that enable brand objectives; building the franchise technology road map; and leading the connectivity with the bone ecosystem. This position will impart strategic thought, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and employ a ‘customer-first’ mentality.Specific responsibilities will include:
Lead orchestration of HCP omnichannel strategy and execution, ensuring message and targeting consistency across channels
Find opportunities to create integrated customer experiences, using data and insights to determine next best actions or sequences for customer journeys
Partner with HCP Promo and MCM leads to prioritize messaging strategy across HCP ecosystem and collaborate with broader cross functional teams (Sales, Access, IDN) to ensure brand consistency
Manage customer engagement agency team on the omnichannel strategy and website execution
Own HCP website, Peer to Peer web hub and SEO strategy, UX, content, creative and execution
Build and expand on tools to support the sales force through digital channels including rep alerts, rep triggered emails, connect-a-rep and lead customer engagement team at field sales semester meetings
Partner with Customer Data & Analytics and Campaign Operations teams to identify business requirements and measurement needs of websites and field tools. Measure and assess the brand’s progress in delivering against goals. Identify trends and insights to provide optimization recommendations
Support the HCP omnichannel capability evolution - working closely with Global Commercial Capabilities Digital Technology & Innovations and Marketing Operations teams to ensure clear plans when it comes to new capability builds and quarterly planning
Measure and leverage customer experience data to determine opportunities to streamline customer journeys
Lead annual brand/tactical planning cycles, including identification of innovation and ’test and learn’ opportunities
Manage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of new materials
Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring efficient delivery of all programs.

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationOr
Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationOr
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationOr
Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationOr

Experience developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies, within highly competitive markets where innovation and marketing prowess are a key factor of success
Experience executing and connecting a wide range of successful non personal initiatives
Experience leading partner agencies and cross functional partners to build and drive effective cross channel strategy and engaging creative across platforms
Demonstrated strength in leveraging analytics to translate data into insights and indicated actions
Omnichannel execution experience with attention to improving speed, quality, cost, and customer experience across multiple channels.
Strong self-starter; project management and ability to lead others to meet multiple priorities simultaneously in a cross-functional environment
Strong communication effectiveness: The ability to effectively engage, connect, and influence others
Strong understanding of digital marketing, segmentation and audience strategy, and content development.
Strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights from performance & analytics.
