Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.The Vice President of Digital Marketing will lead the strategic plan and vision for all digital platform development: website content, community development, social media marketing, branded sites, ecommerce, and digital technology.ResponsibilitiesEnvision and drive a plan for ongoing development, enhancement and main properties and brand sites.Actively lead digital marketing organization; continue building a robust and department through recruitment, training, coaching and mentoring.Oversee global digital marketing efforts across all social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube.Develop strategy and plan to grow fan base and consumer engagement on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.Advise marketing leadership team on latest Web trends, best practices and standards.Develop a content distribution plan for photos and video targeting consumers outside of brand’s current customer base.Lead implementation of content plan and leveraging assets to ensure high-engagement content utilized in line with digital strategy.Work to evolve and improve SEM and SEO strategies which deliver measurable results against specific marketing initiatives.Develop a plan to grow Facebook, Twitter and Instagram following.Partner with internal departments, athletes, teams and personalities to develop content campaigns to further enhance image of company’s brands.Work with the same group to develop the editorial calendar of content that will be distributed.Collaborate and lead across internal and external customer landscape to include brand marketing, sports marketing, athletes and artists, and sponsored events and associations.Manages and directs the work of the digital marketing staff in the U.S. and oversees the digital marketing strategy in international locations; disseminate the Company’s brand strategies.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to acquire new fans and grow community fan base.Qualifications10 or more years of consumer digital marketing experienceAdvanced knowledge of leading social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat)Experience managing SEO/ SEM, social media, paid mediaAdvanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other web metricsPrevious experience working on corporate / brand social media for global organizationMust demonstrate success in developing a brand’s social media effortProven experience in building innovative, proactive, high-impact digital channels; utilizing all relevant channels and aligning strategies with business goals in order to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Must show success in developing and executing a content distribution planAbility to work in a team oriented environment and possess strong collaboration skills
