The Director of Product Marketing for Kinetic is responsible for developing the communications strategy for Kinetic innovations and executing strategic product marketing initiatives to drive the success of Kinetic’s products and services. This role involves a combination of product management, marketing, and leadership skills to effectively position and promote products in the market.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the product teams to co-develop Kinetic’s residential innovation roadmap based on commercial readiness, consumer feedback, and Windstream strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, consumer insights, sales, creative, and agency teams to define and refine the product's value proposition, target market, and positioning. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to drive product strategy.Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates. Develop marketing plans, pricing strategies, and positioning to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Use this data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth.Develop compelling product messaging and create marketing content, including sales collateral, website content, case studies, and presentations, to effectively communicate the product's value proposition to customers and sales teams.Collaborate with the sales team to provide the necessary tools and resources to support the sales process effectively. This may include sales training, product demonstrations, and competitive analysis.Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive product adoption. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.Plan and execute successful product launch to ensure maximum visibility and impact in the market. Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate launch activities.Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust product positioning and strategies as necessary.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives. Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts.Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Do You Have

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a leadership capacity.Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.
