As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and leading the digital strategy and execution for Moore, ensuring that it drives growth, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels and platforms. You will create and manage the content, campaigns, and analytics for Moore's website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and other digital initiatives, working with outsourced vendors and our internal Moore Digital team. You will work to automate our marketing systems to create coherent and compelling customer journeys. You will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer and other marketing leaders to ensure the digital strategy aligns with the marketing objectives and target markets. You will also be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to the overall vision and goals of the department.

Requirements

Develop and implement the digital strategy for Moore, including objectives, KPIs, budgets, and plans for all digital channels and platformsCreate and manage all digital content and campaigns, such as website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, video, podcasts, webinars, and blogsEnsure that digital content and campaigns are consistent with the brand strategy and design standards, and that they support Moore’s marketing objectives and target marketsDeliver effective and engaging digital marketing materials and campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and conversionDevelop and execute digital advertising strategies for brand building, lead generation, persuasion, closing sales, and attracting and retaining quality employeesAnalyze and report on digital marketing results and use these data to optimize future performanceBuild trusted internal and external relationshipsManage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing effortsDevelop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROIUse tools to automate customer and potential customer journeysStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply them to Moore's digital strategy and executionOther duties as requested

Required Skills & Abilities

Bachelor's degree. Education in marketing, design, communication, or related field a plus.At least 5 years of experience in digital marketingProven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and conversionStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and channelsCreative and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and insights and generate innovative and effective digital marketing solutionsAbility to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignmentsSelf-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of individualsCritical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficienciesProficiency with relevant digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, Salesforce, YouTube Marketing, etc.Proficiency with generative AI systems strongly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
