If you are an Art Director with Advertising Agency experience and would like to work on a variety of consumer brands with a flexible schedule, then please get in touch. If you have experience at a well-known global agency, that will help. You must be traditionally educated and trained, and have a degree from an Art School. We have all types of work including web design, print, video, online, etc. We often experiment with new technologies, and create opportunities to learn and grow. Some of the work we do is truly innovative, and enjoyable. Your most valuable input will be to come up with strong ideas and concepts for the brands you work on. The role will work best for someone who likes to experiment and learn, is at a career stage where they are seeking professional growth, and looking for exposure to a wider range of project types. The Art Director will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create concepts, graphic design, typography, and art direction.QualificationsConceptual Thinking: Ability to create visual ideas and concepts that align with the client's brand and objectives. An understand of how visual elements communicate a message and achieve campaign goals.Graphic Design Proficiency: Strong skills in graphic design software for creating and manipulating visual content.Typography: Understanding of typography principles to ensure text is readable, attractive, and suitable for the campaign's tone and message.Layout and Composition: Knowledge of layout design and composition techniques to create visually appealing and effective advertisements. Ability to understand and follow brand style guides.Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to coworkers and clients.Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach toward ensuring all design elements are precise and error-free.Understanding of Branding: Awareness of branding principles to ensure consistency across all visual elements of a campaign.Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and other coworkers.Resilience: Willingness to continue making revisions and refine the work.
