The Product Design Analyst provides analysis to help build product strategy recommendations to division and department leadership based on research, performance data and competitor actions.

Primary Accountabilities:

You will provide information to leadership to affect profit and growth plan execution on an ongoing basis.You will develop reports, analysis, or recommended strategies related to product development or enhancement, product language, underwriting guidelines, processes, and agent business practices.You will analyze information and present opportunities to improve product or business practices.You will monitor effectiveness of current products and recommend enhancements to management.You will analyze data to support the formulation and execution of operational plans.You may specialize in supporting pricing activities related to rate reviews, profit and loss ratio-based reviews, experience rating programs.You will research philosophies and strategies that support growth and long-term profitability goals.You will report to the Senior Manager, Product

Qualifications:

4+ years insurance product design and underwriting concept experience.4+ years of experience in market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage.Project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools experience.

You will be in a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office. Locations for this role are Madison, WI and Boston, MA but others will be considered.
