E-Commerce and Retail Focus:Apply a well-rounded background in E-Commerce and Retail to design solutions that enhance the user experience in these domains.Leverage deep experience in the E-Commerce domain, focusing on high transaction experiences and heavy interaction design.

UX Principles and Practices:Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices, and processes.Deliver UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business setting.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Be flexible in your approach and comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.

Responsive Design:Produce elegant and impactful designs for responsive web (mobile + desktop) and native apps (iOS).

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.8+ years of experience in visual design and user experience.Strong background in E-Commerce and Retail, with a focus on high transaction experiences.Proven experience delivering UX solutions in a large-scale business environment.Flexibility in approach and strong presentation skills.Skills and Abilities:Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices.Ability to provide a visionary approach to interactive design.Proficiency in creating designs for responsive web and native apps.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
