The role will include Business Development responsibility as well as a core product marketing role. In time the company will recruit a sales Director to work along side you. Your main responsibilities include:1. Shorten Sales velocity to Organizations for the BraveNewTalent proposition2. Create and implement a B2B and B2C strategy which will improve our KPI’s on User Growth, Engagement and Retention3. Identify and estimate our current nominal KPIs and project KPI growth to achieve BraveNewTalent’s goalsReports To:
